AGATA REAL

The development of Agata Real is located within the Les Deveses Playa area which is situated on the coastal road 10kms north of the centre of Denia. Almost on its doorstep you have access to 12kms of fine sandy beaches and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean, with the Spanish villages of Els Poblets, El Verger and Ondara just a short ride away.

Agata Real is a small development of just 13 modern townhouses sharing a large lagoon style communal pool all set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens. You have a choice of 2 or 3 bedroom townhouses, with or without roof terrace, all including a small private garden, underground parking space with internal access and a storeroom.

Agata Real has good communication links. At a local level you are only a few minutes walk to the beach, close to a small supermarket, cafes, restaurants and newspapers shops. A few minutes drive and you have authentic Spanish villages. A local bus service is available to Denia or if you are feeling a little energetic take a bike ride along the flat bicycle routes. Further afield you have easy access to the National road and the coastal motorway. Regular ferries depart from Denia to Ibiza, Mallorca and Menorca and finally you are nearly equidistant from Alicante and Valencia International airports.
