Les Deveses Playa is situated on the coastal road 10kms north of Denia with the Spanish villages of Els Poblets, El Verger and Ondara just a short ride away. Almost on its doorstep you have access to 12kms of fine sandy beaches and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean.

At Les Deveses Playa we offer a choice of property types ranging from apartment style villas, semi detached villas through to individual villas. We are sure there will be something to suit both your requirements and budget.

For the individual villas we are offering the popular model Clara or Maria Lux styles, both providing spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom designs. Constructed on their own fully enclosed plot with vehicle access gate and parking area; enjoy the relaxing Mediterranean lifestyle in complete privacy.

The semi detached villas are based on the model Victoria, a 2 bedroom villa with open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is the option to utilise the roof space to provide a 3rd bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large roof terrace. Once again the villas are constructed on a fully enclosed plot; you also have access to a communal pool and terraced area.

The apartment style villas are arranged in groups of 4, with 2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Each provides 2 bedrooms and open plan living area, with those on the ground floor having the benefit of a small private garden. All properties have access to a large central lagoon style pool and terraced area.
