Plots at the Costa BlancaIn addition to the new villa developments we are also able to offer a number of individual plots around the Costa Blanca area. These vary in size from the standard 800/1000m² plots right upto very large rural plots of 10,000 – 12,000m². The standard plots are invariably to be located on existing urbanisations and therefore will benefit from good access and have power and water upto the boundary. Often another benefit is that the surrounding villas will already be built and therefore you can see immediately what is around you, what the views will be and know that generally there will be very limited further construction. The larger rural plots are for those of you that want to get away from it all. No immediate neighbours, plenty of space and generally complete privacy. Access to them is sometimes a little more difficult but this is often their appeal as it deters unwanted visitors. Power and water is generally not conveniently laid on to the plot, although it may be close by, so you will need to take this into consideration when viewing these. If your requirements are for a new build villa but don’t want the drawbacks of being on a building site then perhaps an individual plot is for you. These plots are situated in the Benimeit area of Moraira and enjoy a variety of views from the Peñon d’Ifach rock at Calpe, overlooking Moraira marina, round to the bay of Javea and the Montgo mountain. Some of the plots are quite flat and therefore relatively straight forward for construction whereas others have a degree of slope and will require an element of underbuild.
