When you are ready to travel to the area and have flights booked we will arrange an appointment to meet with you. All appointments are arranged on a very personal one to one basis, no group visits and no viewing property totally unsuitable to your needs. We can arrange to meet you at your hotel or rental villa or a prearranged meeting point to suit. All we ask is either a day or ½ a day of your time to view the various developments of interest to you and then you will be free to explore the area under your own steam. Should you wish to revisit one or two of the properties/developments again we can usually arrange this for the following day.

If you are interested in one particular development we would suggest a meeting with the developers to ask any specific questions, discuss availability, specification, prices and completion dates. You may need further time to think it through, however if you are totally satisfied with the information and wish to proceed, it is usual at this stage to verbally reserve the property. It is not always necessary to pay a deposit cheque whilst here as most developers will accept a verbal reservation, with you forwarding the deposit once you return your home Country If your time permits Simply Spanish Villas can assist with the opening of a bank account locally, perhaps to discuss mortgage facilities and also introduce you to an English speaking lawyer who will check through all the legal aspects of the purchase, the Purchase Contract and eventual completion. They can also usually offer Fiscal Services ie the payment of local taxes, utility bills, municipal taxes after your property purchase is complete.

During the purchase of your property or construction of your villa Simply Spanish Villas continues to act on your behalf. Should there be any points that require clarifying, information to be chased up we are on hand to assist. Equally if you are having a villa or apartment constructed we will provide electronic images on a regular basis, these will be posted onto our website where you will be issued with a dedicated password to access these images and literally watch your property grow – a valuable service for those of you that cannot make frequent trips to check the progress of your villa.
