VERDALES
Residencial Verdales is a unique development
situated on the fringes of the traditional Spanish town of
Pego, being only 500m from the edge of the town it is in fact
an easy stroll. Located in a new residential area of Pego
you benefit from wide roads, illuminated pavements, ornamental
gardens and boulevards with feature fountains. Situated at
the foot of a small hill you enjoy stunning views all around.
Breathtaking mountains in the background, wide valley vistas
to the front, terrace upon terrace of citrus groves to the
side, church towers penetrating the horizon and then the closeness
of the sea. Something for everyone.
Residencial Verdales is conceived as a new
way of living, providing spacious villas with modern clean
lines, large windows letting in pools of natural light, private
gardens and a large pool, small details all designed to make
life easier and more comfortable. On Residencial Verdales
you can choose from 12 villas, either detached or semi-detached,
from six different models all different in size but with the
same quality and comfort. Special attention has been paid
to the orientation of the villas so that they all face towards
the central lagoon style pool. Decorated with natural stone
and surrounded by exotic gardens it incorporates a small waterfall
feature. Consider the specification; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
with 1 en suite, a cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen with granite
work surfaces, lounge/diner with open fireplace, radiator
central heating, pre-installation for air-conditioning, large
first floor balcony, covered and uncovered terraces, porch,
garden with pergola, parking area and private plot. Imagine
being seated on your terrace, surrounded by plants and natural
stone walls, soaking up the ambience, the wonderful climate
and Mediterranean light, what could be more tempting.
Pego, a traditional Spanish town, whilst
seemingly lost in the passage of time is undergoing something
of a renaissance. Many of the old townhouses are being refurbished
and modern boulevards and water features are springing up
on the outer edges of the town. The old town itself is an
absolute joy with its beautiful church and bell tower, ornately
decorated townhouses, open squares with street cafes and the
narrow streets, almost too narrow for today’s modern
traffic.
Pego may feel miles inland but with good road connections
it is only a 10 minute ride to the coast lying between Oliva
and Els Poblets, with the lively town of Denia not much further
distance. For nature lovers you are ideally placed at the
entrances to the Vall d´Ebo and Vall de Gallinera or
close to the Parque Natural of Marjal Pego-Oliva. For golf
lovers the Oliva Nova golf course is close by and, what will
be a tremendous boon to the area, it is reported that the
construction of a new 18 hole course is due to commence during
2005 just on the outskirts of Pego.
