VERNISSA PARK
Vernissa Park is a small, high quality development
situated at one end of the Jalon Valley. It lies between the
old Spanish villages of Benichembla and Murla, which are literally
minutes away, and enjoys what can only be described as spectacular
views down the length of the Jalon Valley overlooking olive,
almond and citrus groves. The principal villages of Orba and
Jalon are a 10 minute drive away, with the coastal towns of
Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia easily accessible.
On Vernissa Park we have a complex of 10
detached villas, each with there own small plot, but sharing
a large communal pool. The villas all have 3 bedrooms with
2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. They are built to a high specification
and include traditional features of a Tosca stone fireplace
and wooden beamed ceilings to the lounge/dining room and covered
terrace.
